Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel good about your MindBook order, and we also want to be upfront and honest about how returns work.

Order Processing
Once your order has been processed, we're not able to cancel or redirect it while it's in transit. If you need to make a change, please reach out as soon as possible after placing your order and we'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes once processing has started.

Requesting a Return
Returns can only be requested after your order has been delivered. If something isn't right, reach out to us and let us know what happened. We'll review your request personally and, if approved, we'll work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original condition. If your item arrived defective, please contact us right away, we'll take care of it.
